Training & Content Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Content Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining training materials and digital learning content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop online training modules for the Organic Integrity Learning Center
• Update and maintain existing training modules and develop written and visual content
• Ensure all materials meet accessibility requirements and support testing and validation of training content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in training development and eLearning content creation
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508)
