Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Content Specialist II to create and implement training materials for internal and client-facing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and manage the production of training materials using various multimedia channels
• Manage and track training requests and job progress through the Salesforce workflow
• Develop standardized content and manage the delivery of client-facing training materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in developing training materials and working with training methodologies
• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, video editing software, and Photoshop
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, graphic design, communications, or a related field
• Experience creating customer-focused solutions, preferably in the education industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
