Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize training activities, schedules, and logistics, ensuring readiness of training materials
  • Monitor learning requests, assess data, and report on training deliverables and risks
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in training program preparation, development, and administration
  • Proven experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities
  • Proficiency in data management and advanced Excel functions
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple international time zones
