Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Coordinator to design and implement training initiatives for internal staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for payroll, HRIS, and HCM systems, focusing on UKG Ready
  • Develop training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules
  • Coordinate onboarding training for new hires and assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related field
  • Experience with payroll and HR systems, preferably UKG Ready
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
