Job Summary
A company is looking for a 1099 Training Coordinator to assist with operational tasks related to training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) by assigning modules, tracking assessments, and managing onboarding logistics
- Maintain the LMS by updating calendar invites, managing access, and ensuring training records are current
- Participate in bi-monthly vendor calls to stay informed about system updates and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in training coordination or project coordination
- 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook calendaring
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills
