Job Summary

A company is looking for a 1099 Training Coordinator to assist with operational tasks related to training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) by assigning modules, tracking assessments, and managing onboarding logistics
  • Maintain the LMS by updating calendar invites, managing access, and ensuring training records are current
  • Participate in bi-monthly vendor calls to stay informed about system updates and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in training coordination or project coordination
  • 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook calendaring
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills
