Job Summary
Supporting the Global Recruiting Enablement team, the fully remote Training Coordinator for New Hire Orientations will manage onboarding programs, execute content migration projects, and maintain learning operations while ensuring the accuracy and relevance of training resources.
Key responsibilities
- Manage learning operations and onboarding programs, including audience management and communications
- Execute content migration projects from legacy platforms to Trailhead, overseeing audits and updates
- Analyze learning metrics to drive adoption and completion of training initiatives
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Training Operations, preferably with new hire training and orientations
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting are required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience with platforms such as Trailhead, Workday, or similar is preferred
