Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support the training needs of clinical and technical staff, the full-time Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, leveraging knowledge of products and workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training materials and programs for various applications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making continuous improvements to training content and methods
• Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing standard and non-standard issues as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development, or four years of relevant experience without a degree
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and experience in instructor-led training
• Proficiency in using course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record Systems is preferred
