Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support the training needs of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, leveraging expertise in software applications and operational workflows while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective training programs, measuring their accuracy and comprehension while addressing performance feedback
• Develop training materials and content, participating in the creation of new projects to meet identified training needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure training requirements are met and provide ongoing support during system implementations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four years of experience in a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
• Experience with curriculum development and training program evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
