Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, leveraging extensive knowledge of software applications and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and materials, utilizing various measurement methods to capture training metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and provide ongoing support during system implementations and upgrades

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
• Experience with course development platforms, such as Adobe Suite or Captivate, is preferred
• Familiarity with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is a plus
