Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives for clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, support application enhancements, and ensure compliance with training standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver effective training programs while monitoring their accuracy and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address business challenges and escalate issues as needed
• Create training content and materials, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of related experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred
• Proficiency in various course development platforms such as Adobe Suite and Captivate is advantageous
