Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support the training needs of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, leveraging knowledge of products and operational workflows while ensuring effective curriculum development and implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, adapting content as necessary
• Develop training materials and support the creation of new training initiatives based on identified needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and effective training methodologies
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred
