Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support clinical and technical staff training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training while leveraging knowledge of products and operational workflows, as well as supporting system go-lives and application updates.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training materials and programs for various applications to ensure effective learning outcomes
• Evaluate and monitor training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to continuously improve training processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business problems and provide end-user support during system implementations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record Systems is preferred
• Familiarity with course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate is desirable
