Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support clinical and technical staff training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, leveraging expertise in software applications and operational workflows while ensuring effective curriculum delivery and user support during system implementations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training materials and programs for various software applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making recommendations for continuous improvement
• Provide end-user support during system go-lives and upgrades, addressing standard and non-standard issues as they arise

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred
• Proficiency in course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate is advantageous
