Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To enhance the training capabilities of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, develop training materials, and support system go-lives and updates while leveraging extensive knowledge of software applications and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions and materials for clinical and technical staff, ensuring comprehension and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address training needs and improve processes based on feedback and performance metrics
• Support the development and maintenance of training programs, including documentation and validation of training environments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and experience in employee training and curriculum development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
• Experience with Epic System software and/or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred
