Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, leveraging extensive knowledge of products and workflows while ensuring effective curriculum development and delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs, including creating training materials and evaluating training effectiveness
- Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing both standard and non-standard issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine training processes and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of related experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
- Experience with Epic System software and/or Electronic Medical Record Systems is preferred
- Proficiency in various course development platforms, such as Adobe Suite and Captivate, is advantageous
