Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support the training needs of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, leveraging expertise in software applications and operational workflows while ensuring effective curriculum development and delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs, including creating training materials and evaluating their effectiveness
• Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing both standard and non-standard issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training needs are met and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four years in a directly related field
• Experience with Epic System software and/or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
• Proficiency in various course development platforms, such as Adobe Suite or Captivate
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and effective training methodologies
