Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To support the delivery of software and system application training, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, while ensuring effective curriculum development and end-user support during system implementations and upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs, materials, and assessments for clinical and technical staff
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing support to end users during system go-lives and upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and improve training processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in adult learning theory and various course development platforms
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred
- Strong skills in content development, relationship building, and training measurement
