Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, leveraging knowledge of products and workflows while supporting system go-lives and application updates remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions and develop training materials to ensure effective learning for end users
- Evaluate training programs by measuring effectiveness and gathering feedback to improve future sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and recommend improvements in processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of equivalent experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
- Experience with electronic medical record systems, preferably Epic System software
- Proficiency in using various course development platforms, such as Adobe Suite or Captivate
