Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic training environment, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and user support during system implementations and upgrades.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions and develop training materials to enhance user understanding of software and systems
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and resolve system-related issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of equivalent experience
• Proficiency in adult learning theory and various course development platforms
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems preferred
• Strong skills in content development and relationship building
