Job Summary

Providing comprehensive training to clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one instruction while supporting application enhancements and system updates, ensuring effective training outcomes for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs, materials, and assessments to ensure effective learning experiences
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using various metrics and feedback methods
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and refine training processes for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four years of related experience
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience with curriculum development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
