Job Summary
To support the training of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, leveraging expertise in software applications and operational workflows while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for various software applications and system updates
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four years of relevant experience

- Experience with curriculum development and training content creation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
