Job Summary

Providing comprehensive training solutions, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff while leveraging knowledge of products and workflows to support organizational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training content, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address training needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
• Experience with curriculum development and content creation
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage training sessions effectively
