Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support the training needs of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, leveraging extensive knowledge of software applications and operational workflows while ensuring effective curriculum development and implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions and develop instructional materials for various software applications and processes
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide ongoing support during system go-lives and upgrades
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address training needs and improve existing training programs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training with a focus on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of related experience
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and experience in curriculum development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
• Strong written communication and relationship-building skills
