Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To support the delivery of software and system application training, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, focusing on curriculum development, system optimization, and end-user support during system go-lives and upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and develop training materials as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and improve processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred
