Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for clinical and technical staff, focusing on curriculum development, application enhancements, and end-user support during system implementations and upgrades.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions and develop training materials while evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
• Support system go-lives and application upgrades by providing end-user assistance and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training needs are met and compliance standards are upheld

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience in content development and training measurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred
