Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To support organizational strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, focusing on application enhancements, system updates, and user support during system go-lives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training content, including materials and programs, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making improvements as necessary to enhance learning outcomes
- Foster effective relationships with stakeholders to identify training needs and provide ongoing support and resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and experience in curriculum development
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record Systems is preferred
