Job Summary
To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, focusing on application enhancements, user support during system upgrades, and curriculum development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions and develop training materials to support clinical and operational workflows
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored training programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four years in a directly related field
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience in curriculum development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred
