Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, focusing on product knowledge, operational workflows, and system updates while supporting organizational strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and provide ongoing support during system implementations and upgrades
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four (4) years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and training development practices
- Experience with various course development platforms, such as Adobe Suite or Captivate, is preferred
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred
