Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To support training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, leveraging expertise in software applications and operational workflows while ensuring effective curriculum delivery and user support during system implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs and materials, adapting to various learning styles and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously improving training content and delivery methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that enhance user proficiency and address system issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four years of related experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
- Experience with training delivery platforms and tools, such as Adobe Suite or Captivate
- Familiarity with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred
