Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support the training of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training while leveraging knowledge of products and workflows, and will be responsible for developing training materials, supporting system go-lives, and ensuring compliance with training standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for various applications and systems
• Support end users during system go-lives and annual application upgrades, addressing any issues that arise
• Evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback and performance metrics to ensure effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of equivalent experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred
• Familiarity with course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate is a plus
