Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, leveraging knowledge of products and workflows while supporting system go-lives and application updates.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for various applications and processes
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement of training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- A minimum of one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record Systems is preferred
- Proficiency in course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate is a plus
