Training Delivery Educator III

Job Summary

To support the training needs of clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, develop training materials, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while leveraging knowledge of software applications and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for various applications and processes
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and implement improvements as needed
• Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing issues and recommending solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and experience with curriculum development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
• Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record Systems is preferred
