Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To support the delivery of software and system application training, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, ensuring effective curriculum development and end-user support during system implementations and upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for various audiences, ensuring comprehension and effectiveness
- Evaluate and enhance training programs by analyzing feedback and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four (4) years of related experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
- Experience with curriculum development and content creation
- Proficiency in using various course development platforms and tools
