Job Summary
To enhance training delivery for clinical and technical staff, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, focusing on product knowledge, operational workflows, and system updates while supporting organizational initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness through various measurement methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs and improve processes
- Create and maintain training materials while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training with a focus on instructor-led training, or four years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
- Experience with course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate is preferred
- Familiarity with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is advantageous
