Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To support clinical and technical staff training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training on software and system applications while leveraging knowledge of clinical workflows and application enhancements.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions and develop training materials to ensure effective learning outcomes for clinical end users
- Evaluate and improve training programs by measuring effectiveness and addressing procedural deficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system go-lives and application updates, providing end-user support and troubleshooting issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training or four (4) years of equivalent experience
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience with curriculum development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms
- Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems preferred
