Job Summary
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, focusing on application enhancements, system updates, and user support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training programs and materials, ensuring compliance with legal and accreditation standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four years of related experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
- Experience with various course development platforms, such as Adobe Suite or Captivate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning measurement techniques
