Training Delivery Educator III
Job Summary
To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time Training Delivery Educator III will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, leveraging expertise in software applications and operational workflows in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for various applications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support end users during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing technical issues and providing ongoing assistance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development focused on instructor-led training, or four (4) years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
- Experience with course development platforms, such as Adobe Suite or Captivate
- Understanding of Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
