Training Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of trainers, the full-time remote Training Delivery Manager will oversee training delivery quality, manage trainer performance, and ensure an excellent learner experience through effective coaching and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular 1:1s with trainers and support their career progression and skill development
• Perform quality observations of training delivery and implement improvement actions based on feedback
• Monitor trainer performance against KPIs and manage scheduling and administrative tasks for optimal delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading trainers or SMEs in corporate training environments with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong capability in coaching, leadership, and providing feedback
• Ability to analyze quality and learner experience metrics
• Robust operational discipline and organizational skills
