Key Responsibilities:

Hire and manage training delivery team
Set and drive performance of team to hit all deliverables
Review training feedback to continuously improve content

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years managing an L&D team dedicated to delivery of content aligning to business process and sales training
Experience with training delivery platforms such as Zoom, etc
Ability to conduct in-depth needs assessment analysis of learning need
Advanced skills in facilitation and training delivery
Experience in working with complex technical solutions
