Training Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Delivery Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops, and learning pathways for diverse audiences
• Develop and curate training content on Microsoft technologies including Copilot, Azure services, and Power Platform tools
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess learning needs and track learner engagement and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform
• Experience designing and delivering training for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, and/or M365
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
