Training Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Training Delivery Specialist will deliver instructional content on IT tools, primarily Microsoft 365 and GenAI technologies, while collaborating with Training Development Leads and supporting FAA personnel in enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Training Development Leads to deliver instructional content for assigned courses
• Research and address student questions regarding Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technology
• Document training metrics and manage the electronic training calendar

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; no degree substitutions accepted
• Minimum of 1 year of overall experience, with at least 1 year in a related field
• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and associated apps
• Ability to deliver training remotely using MS Teams or Zoom
• Willingness to obtain Help Desk Institute (HDI) certification within 30/60 days
