Job Summary
Developing and delivering engaging live learning sessions, the full-time Training Delivery Specialist will facilitate various training formats for branch staff while working in a hybrid model that includes both onsite and remote elements.
Key responsibilities
- Host professional learning sessions and facilitate interactive activities for diverse audiences
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to course materials and delivery methods
- Administer and maintain departmental systems and databases for assigned curriculum
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in developing and facilitating training materials and programs
- Familiarity with educational platforms, including learning management systems and distance learning tools
- Ability to design web-based training programs and online courses
- Experience in project management related to training programs
