Job Summary
Developing and delivering engaging training sessions, the full-time Training Delivery Specialist will facilitate various learning formats for branch staff in a hybrid work environment while managing training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Host professional learning sessions, including lectures, interactive activities, and role-playing
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary updates to course materials and delivery methods
- Administer and maintain departmental systems and track training data for reporting purposes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in developing and facilitating training materials and programs
- Familiarity with educational platforms, learning management systems, and distance learning tools
- Ability to design web-based training programs and online content
- Experience in project management related to training programs
