Training Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Developer (OCS Training Development).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training products using TRADOC 350-70 and ADDIE methodology
• Create eLearning content and interactive training modules compatible with Army learning management systems
• Review and update training materials, assess effectiveness, and incorporate feedback for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret clearance
• 4-6+ years of experience in training development or instructional design
• Experience with TRADOC processes
• Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline 360
