Training Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging instructional materials, the full-time remote Training Developer will create e-learning modules, simulations, and technical training content for public health and data/AI users while collaborating with various teams to ensure training products meet standards and support capability adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Translate system workflows and AI/ML tools into structured training content, including e-learning modules and assessments
• Develop multimodal training materials aligned with adult learning principles and stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to validate content accuracy and maintain content repositories

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, AI training development, or e-learning production
• Experience developing technical training content for software, analytics, or AI systems
• Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise) or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and competency-based AI training design
• Bachelor's degree
