Training & Development Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the design and delivery of training solutions, the full-time remote Training & Development Analyst will collaborate with senior staff to create multimedia training materials and evaluate training effectiveness for organizational systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors training effectiveness and collects feedback for future improvements
• Assists in the development of lesson plans and training materials in various formats

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience coordinating content development efforts
• Ability to demonstrate growing technical expertise in training and analysis
• Background check required
