Training & Development Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Training & Development Analyst I will assist in the design, development, and delivery of training solutions to ensure successful user adoption of systems and applications while collaborating with customers and senior training staff to create high-quality multimedia training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers company training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors the effectiveness of training using performance results and collects feedback for improvements
• Assists in the development of lesson plans and training aids, and makes recommendations to enhance training materials

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience coordinating content development efforts, including planning and scheduling
• Ability to demonstrate growing technical expertise in training and analysis
