Training & Development Analyst

Job Summary

Assisting in the design, development, and delivery of organizational training solutions, the full-time remote Training & Development Analyst I will collaborate with customers and senior training staff to produce high-quality multimedia training materials and deliver effective training experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers company training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors the effectiveness of training using performance results and collects feedback for future improvements
• Contributes to the design of new training programs and enhancements to existing ones

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience coordinating or task leading content development efforts
• Ability to demonstrate growing technical expertise in training and analysis
• Background check required
