Training & Development Analyst

Job Summary

To support organizational training initiatives, the full-time remote Training & Development Analyst will assist in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions while collaborating with senior staff to create multimedia training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers training programs and workshops to employees and managers
• Monitors training effectiveness and collects feedback for continuous improvement
• Assists in developing lesson plans and training aids, enhancing training materials and delivery methods

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience developing video or multimedia training materials
• 1+ year of experience coordinating content development efforts
• Ability to demonstrate growing technical expertise in training and analysis
• Successful completion of a background check
