Training & Development Associate

Job Summary

To support the design and delivery of engaging learning solutions, the contract Training & Development Associate will coordinate learning projects, partner with stakeholders, and manage communications across virtual and digital learning environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support learning and development projects from planning through delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs
• Manage learner communications and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Project Coordination
• Experience working with virtual and digital learning programs
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
